Professional Services
Leah Weisberg is the CEO & Founder of Dynamic Health Collaborative. She is also a practicing Nurse Psychotherapist & Coach. She leads an interprofessional team that provides collaborative team -based care for those struggling with physical and mental illness. She believes that anyone can recovery from illness, and seek to support practitioners who want to build and grow a practice.
Leah is a graduate of McMaster University's Bachelor of Nursing Science, is a Board-Certified Nurse Coach through the American Holistic Nursing Credentialing Corporation after completing a certificate with the International Nurse Coaches Association. She is Certified in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and is a Level 2 Heartspeak Practitioner. She is also the graduate of the Nickerson's Integrative Health Coach Certificate Program.
